What is weddingvoice?
It’s a service that lets guests leave voice messages for the couple at the wedding or reception. Guests can easily register a message by scanning a QR code, and a URL for the voice messages will be sent to the registered email later.

When is the deadline for registration before the wedding?
The deadline is 14 days before the wedding.

What are the costs?
A.The base fee is 9,800 yen (tax included). Additional stickers cost 2,000 yen for every 50 stickers. An MP3 player order costs 9,800 yen. Please refer to the price list for more details.

When is the payment due?
Payment is due at the time of registration.
Q.
How much notice do I need to provide if I need to cancel?
Cancellations and refunds cannot be made after payment. Thank you for your understanding.

When is it recommended to use this at the wedding?
The QR code is a sticker that can be used at any time you like.
Q.
Can it be used at the ceremony as well?
Since the QR code is a sticker, you can use it wherever you prefer.

What should I do if our guests do not have smartphones?
This service is not available on phones which are not smartphones.

How many guests can register?
The base fee includes 50 guests; an additional 2,000 yen applies for every 50 extra guests.

Is it difficult to register a voice message?
It is easy for anyone to use as guest simply need to scan a QR code and record their message.
Q.
How long is the audio data saved?
It is stored for one year. For permanent storage, we recommend purchasing the MP3 player.

How will the audio data be delivered?
A URL will be sent to the registered email address.
Q.
Until when can voice messages be registered?
Registration is available until 11:59 PM on the wedding day.
Q.
How long can the voice messages be?
There are no time limits for the messages.

Can messages be re-recorded?
Yes, re-recording is possible.
